Contact us via our form. We will schedule you in for either a phone consultation or book a site visit.
We email through the proposal, and schedule in a meeting soon after to discuss.
Generally, we require plans to provide you with an accurate quote, but if you don't, we're happy to offer some recommendations to get you started.
William will meet with you onsite to get all the details we need to provide you with a proposal and answer any of your questions.

Hooray! Your construction project has begun. Exact Renovations provides full project management and will keep you updated with progress throughout the process.
When the quote has been confirmed, we will send through a Master Builders contract and a deposit invoice to lock you into our schedule. We will start planning and scheduling your project.

Exact Renovations was formed in 2012 by owner, William Homewood. William is a licensed builder and qualified carpenter who focuses on residential renovations in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane. William’s collection of work ranges from kitchen and bathroom renovations, patios and decks, home extensions and general renovations, as well as house raises and building under. William has an exceptional eye for quality, he is reliable, punctual and communicates thoroughly throughout the project.
