We schedule in a meeting to present our proposal to you and answer any of your inital questions, taking notes on adjustments if needed.
Generally, we require plans to provide you with an accurate quote. If you do not have plans, we will provide you with a basic estimate drawing from our industry knowledge combined with the information we gather from you.
William will meet with you onsite to get all the details we need to provide you with a proposal and answer any of your questions.
Contact us via our form! We will then schedule you in for a phone consultation with William. The initial consultation helps your project and makes sure we are the right fit for you.

We'll send you an email to ensure you're happy with the works completed! If there's any further projects you were interested in having completed, we'll be more than happy to assist.
A final walkthrough with William to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Hooray! Your construction project has begun. Exact Renovations will manage the project from start to finish and continually keep you updated during the entire process.
When the quote has been finalised and signed off on, we will send through a Master Builders contract and a deposit invoice to lock you into our schedule, and start planning and organising your project.
